Description

Leadership is a crucial part of the success of any work team. In the absence of effective leadership, dysfunction, confusion, and inefficiency flourish. Communication suffers and important goals and objectives are not met. It is important that leaders have the tools to remain focused while garnering the respect of their team members.

This course will arm supervisors, leads, and managers with 10 qualities that, if implemented, will immediately make them more effective in the workplace. These are qualities that will help leaders to strategically align with their organization's mission and values.

This course is also valuable for high performers looking to develop leadership qualities that will get them noticed as they strive to move into a leadership role. New leaders gain insight as to how to continue in the challenging transition from team member to team leader.

Each quality will be covered in a seperate module. Each module has a short knowledge check leading to a final knowledge assessment when all modules are completed.
